Anne Arundel County Government is seeking a Case Manager Specialist (Special Program Manager I) to coordinate specialized programs for housing, nutrition, transportation, and in-home care. You will lead outreach, assess needs, and arrange services for chronically homeless individuals under a housing subsidy.
You will supervise several housing case managers, maintain records, and collaborate with public/private partners to secure housing pathways and prevent homelessness wherever possible.
