DSP will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living skills, social participation, and community integration.

Responsibilities include:

• Support individuals in achieving personal goals with a person-centered approach.
• Teach independent living and daily skills such as grooming and personal care.
• Plan, coordinate, and participate in social activities including community outings.
• Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and shopping.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Experience in a residential setting with people with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Effective communication skills.
