AI Developer - Vibe Coding

We are seeking experienced and innovative AI Developers with deep expertise in Vibe Coding and modern agentic frameworks.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building intelligent systems using cutting-edge tools and protocols.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills, hands-on experience with AI agents, and a deep understanding of emerging AI development environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and OpenAI Agents.
• Integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication into intelligent workflows.
• Apply Vibe Coding techniques using tools like Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, or similar.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI solutions.
• Utilize modern development stacks such as Tan Stack and Convex to enhance application performance and interactivity.
• Write clean, maintainable code in languages such as Python and Type Script.
• Stay current with advancements in AI tooling, frameworks, and protocols.

• 12–15 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on AI and intelligent systems.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python or Type Script.
• Demonstrated experience with agentic frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, or OpenAI Agents.
• Strong understanding of MCP and A2A protocols and their integration into AI workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Vibe Coding tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
• Familiarity with modern web development stacks like Tan Stack and Convex.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.
