Senior Full Stack Developer (Annapolis Junction, MD)

Basic Requirements:

• Rotate pager schedule for emergency 24/7 call‑in support as required (roughly one week out of every 3–4 weeks).
• Team is paged for after‑hours support approximately once every few months with most issues resolvable by phone. Telework is not expected.

Job Description:

• Immediate need for a Full Stack Developer to support Reporting Tool Suite sustainment efforts.
• Support focuses on developing and sustaining the WEBCANDID and TEST FLIGHT tools.

WEBCANDID tracks, administers, and archives requests for mission‑critical published intelligence reports used by the Intelligence Community and partners worldwide. Efforts include maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base.

TEST FLIGHT is a high‑performance geospatial collaboration tool providing a single repository for formal and informal finished intelligence products. Efforts include creating enhancements for TEST FLIGHT based on high‑priority mission needs, as well as maintenance/sustainment of the existing code base.

Required Experience:

• Java 8+
• Understanding, maintaining, and troubleshooting interfaces between multiple applications
• Elasticsearch
• MongoDB
• Oracle
• Spring Boot
• Angular
• RESTful web services
• Solr

Experience:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Primefaces
• Node.js
• Agency reporting and dissemination tools
• Agency classification policies
• Working in an agile environment using JIRA and Confluence
