• Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement using Java, Python, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Develop APIs and microservices.
• Manage and control data and access to data in an enterprise data lake.
• Enable data discovery, correlation, analysis and reporting based on data in an enterprise data lake.
• Direct software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon.
• Integrate custom software solutions to leverage automated CI/CD deployment technologies.
• Use industry‑leading Dev Ops tools such as Git Hub, Jenkins, Ansible, and Unix bash scripting.
• Prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud solutions leveraging infrastructure platform services.
• Coordinate closely with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases.
• Analyze proof of concept, performance, and end‑to‑end testing and coordinate infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs.
• Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices.
• Document and perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments using Git Flow constructs.
• Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.
• Leverage Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence to track activities.
• Apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.

• Proficient with common Agile practices, service‑oriented environments, and development practices.
• Expert use and experience with Java, Spring and C2S.
• Expert in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within Dev Ops toolsets/practices.
• Expert utilizing software testing performance tools such as Junit/Katalon.
• Expert with scripting languages such as Python, Bash.
• Expert experience integrating software services with databases such as DynamoDB, Postgres and MySQL.
• Expert working in an Agile development environment and tempo.
• Expert with development in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Expert with development leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Well versed with using version control systems.
• Well versed with using issue/problem tracking systems.
• Candidate must have a Master’s degree with 15 or more years of relevant experience.

Experience with structured analysis and design methodologies.
