Software Engineer, .NET Developer, C# ​/ Unity Developer

Overview

Requirements gathering, develop technical, functional and solution documents. Architect and implement the solution. Design, development, integration, implementation, and testing of applications in Client/Server, N-tier architecture based on Microsoft technologies. Will utilize MVC, ASP.NET, , Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, .NET Framework, C#, Entity Framework, LINQ, jQuery, AngularJS, web applications and web services. Travel/relocation required as jobs will be performed at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities: Responsible for design and development of software solutions while considering data quality, architecture, security, and operations. Works independently and within a team as required. Participates fully in team planning, collaborates with colleagues to continuously improve team performance, reports progress at daily stand‑ups, and escalates issues or slippage to keep the project on track. Shares and documents system and domain knowledge to eliminate single points of failure.

Uses C#, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSLT, ORMs, MSSQL Server, and PL/SQL to perform duties. Works in Bethesda, MD, with travel/relocation to various U.S. locations as needed.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications, CIS, Computer Science, or related fields, or a degree in Math or Engineering, plus 5 years’ experience as a Sr. Software Engineer, Software Engineer, Technical Project Manager/Lead, or Consultant.

Responsibilities: Designs, develops, tests, and implements custom software applications; performs system integration and troubleshooting; maintains thorough and accurate documentation of all application systems per established standards; ensures quality standards and procedures; identifies problems, studies existing systems, and develops new systems to improve production and workflow; develops enhancements, performs bug fixing, updates automation code, and runs applications; researches and evaluates user requests and scope for new or modified programs;

recommends and implements modifications; provides technical evaluations of new products and estimates time; offers technical support; participates in testing and ensures successful implementation and use of systems.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and 5 years’ experience as a Programmer Analyst or Software Engineer. Must have experience with Java, Selenium, QTP, JUnit, Load Runner, Win Runner, Oracle, MySQL, and  Employer will test software skills. Works in Bethesda, MD, with travel/relocation to various U.S. project locations as needed.

Responsibilities: Researches, analyzes, designs, develops, and implements software applications and databases using operating systems, tools, and technologies such as Windows, .NET Framework, C#.NET, , ASP.NET, web services, , SharePoint, SQL Server, Visual Basic, Visual Source Safe, Crystal Reports, VB Script, JavaScript, and IIS. Analyzes and evaluates user requirements; converts specifications into detailed system instructions; develops and directs system design specifications, programming, testing procedures, and documentation;

evaluates deployment and interface needs between hardware and software; provides technical guidance to development teams; troubleshoots operating problems, debug, and supports users.

Qualifications: Requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science. Must possess strong knowledge of the software development life cycle.
