OverviewThis role combines technical FPGA expertise with a big‑picture perspective to develop mission‑critical RF solutions. You will translate real‑world needs into technical specifications, building systems that support Army warfighters.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and test FPGA‑based RF capabilities for complex R&D challenges.
- Collaborate with a cross‑functional team of engineers to create innovative solutions.
- Take ownership of the full solution lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Apply emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve product quality.
- 3+ years of experience developing SDR solutions.
- Proficiency with FPGA, VHDL, or Verilog coding.
- Experience with FPGA tool chains such as Vivado or Quartus.
- Proficiency in C, C++, and MATLAB.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Experience with embedded hardware systems.
- Knowledge of Linux distributions (Red Hat, Rocky Linux).
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with DSP signal‑processing algorithms.
- Experience integrating embedded processors with FPGA fabric on Xilinx SoC and RFSoC devices.
- Experience in digital RF sampling, modulation, error correction, or compression.
- TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

Compensation and BenefitsThe projected salary range for this position is $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). Benefits include health, life, disability, financial, retirement plans, paid leave, tuition assistance, and professional development. Full‑time employees working at least 20 hours a week are eligible for the comprehensive benefit program.
