Java Developer – AI & Intelligent Automation
We are seeking a Java developer – AI & Intelligent Automation to join a leading hospitality and lodging organization undergoing a large-scale AI-driven digital transformation. This is a hands-on role for an experienced Java engineer who can design and develop modern enterprise applications while driving adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, and intelligent automation across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate combines deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React, and cloud-native architectures with practical experience building AI-enabled applications, autonomous agents, and enterprise automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and React.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance REST APIs and event-driven integration solutions.
- Design and implement Agentic AI solutions that automate complex business workflows and decision-making.
- Develop effective Prompt Engineering strategies to improve LLM accuracy, response quality, and enterprise AI adoption.
- Integrate Generative AI platforms with enterprise applications, APIs, knowledge repositories, and business systems.
- Build intelligent workflow automation using RPA technologies such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Design logical and physical data models supporting scalable enterprise applications.
- Define application architecture, integration patterns, and best practices for cloud-native development.
- Mentor development teams while providing technical leadership across architecture, coding standards, AI implementation, and automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative enterprise solutions.
- 6-9+ years of software development experience
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and React.
- Experience designing distributed, scalable enterprise applications.
- Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Prompt Engineering solutions - One year at the least
- Experience integrating LLMs with enterprise applications using APIs and orchestration frameworks.
- Experience developing automation solutions using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms.
- Strong knowledge of API integration, event-driven architectures, messaging frameworks, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with relational databases, data modeling, and application architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or similar.
- Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, and enterprise knowledge integration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, Dev Ops, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled digital transformation initiatives within large enterprise environments.
