Clearance
: TS/SCI required. Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to obtain a CI Poly are mandatory. US citizenship or a Security Clearance issued by a US Government Customer is also required.
Responsibilities
:
Work with Department of War (DoW) and Intelligence Community (IC) customers to develop cloud‑native full‑stack web applications, advanced data‑analysis tools, and machine‑learning capabilities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, architect graph‑based data solutions, and deliver production‑ready services in classified environments.
Black Cape is a technology company focused on developing full‑stack web applications, advanced data‑analysis tools, and AI/ML capabilities for federal government customers. The team includes experienced engineers who deliver solutions across the DoW and IC by applying agile and Dev Ops practices.
Required Technical Skills- Bachelor’s degree and 1.5+ years of professional experience
- Strong grasp of graph theory, data modeling, and complex relationship structures
- Expertise with graph database solutions such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, or Anzograph
- Familiarity with query languages including Cypher, SQL, and SPARQL
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as Python and shell scripting
- Experience with Linux systems (Red Hat‑based distributions)
- Experience working with software development teams
- Willingness to work in classified government environments
- Experience developing on MacOS, Windows, and Linux
- Experience with AWS Console and EC2 instance management
- Background working with Object‑Based Intelligence
- Experience communicating to senior stakeholders in a classified environment
- CompTIA Security+ certification
