Location: Sparks Glencoe, MD

Pay Rate: $18

Shift: Evenings (16:00-00:20)

• Operate a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies, and finished products within the facility.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and materials handled.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Assist in developing skills in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within the warehouse environment.
• Work under general to limited supervision, adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Zero (0) to one (1) year of warehouse or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, interpret documents, and perform basic math calculations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and supervisors.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
