We are partnering with an established manufacturing organization to identify a Plant Controller for a confidential leadership search. This is a highly visible opportunity to join a facility during a pivotal period of transformation and investment. The Plant Controller will serve as a strategic finance partner to the General Manager, lead a small team, and take ownership of the plant’s accounting and financial operation.
This is an ideal opportunity for a confident, hands-on manufacturing finance leader who can take the wheel, strengthen processes and accountability, and help guide the facility through its next stage of growt
- Serve as the primary finance partner to the General Manager and plant leaders
- Lead plant accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and report
- Manage month-end close, journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial contr
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory controls, count reconciliations, and SKU managem
- Lead and develop the plant accounting t
- Support systems and finance transformation initiati
- Analyze plant performance, expenses, earnings, cash flow, and capital expenditu
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational improvem
- Partner with internal and external audit
- Ensure accounting procedures and internal controls are consistently follo
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experi
- At least five years of experience within a manufacturing environ
- Two or more years of direct people leadership experi
- Strong manufacturing and cost accounting backgr
- Hands-on experience with inventory controls and month-end c
- SAP experience strongly prefe rred
- Strong Excel, financial analysis, and business-partnering sk

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance requ rred
