Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support order scheduling, delivery coordination, and inventory control activities. The role involves working closely with internal teams such as sales, account management, and operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of equipment deliveries, relocations, and pickups. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with inventory control and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of equipment to customers.
- Schedule and coordinate installations, deliveries, pickups, and relocations in collaboration with sales and account managers.
- Contact customers via phone and email to confirm and schedule deliveries using Excel reports and internal systems.
- Perform pre-call confirmations to ensure delivery readiness and customer availability.
- Research and resolve discrepancies related to scheduled and non-scheduled orders.
- Maintain and update delivery systems with scheduling details, notes, and status updates.
- Create manual orders in the system when required.
- Generate and review reports including Ad Hoc reports and Bills of Lading (BOLs).
- Communicate delivery notifications to Order Processing teams.
- Update system notes including Oracle DFF, CC notes, and Zoom screen entries.
- Ensure scheduled orders are staged properly to meet cycle time requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all order activities.
- Provide excellent customer service with strong phone etiquette and professional communication.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year customer service or call center experience.
- Strong MS Excel and data entry skills.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with databases and scheduling systems.
