We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant who enjoys helping others, keeping things running smoothly, and creating a positive experience for both employees and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, communicating clearly, and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operations of the office. You will help coordinate schedules, manage administrative tasks, assist with communication, and ensure that team members have the support they need to do their best work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and provide a friendly, professional first impression of the organization.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
  • Maintain calendars and help coordinate team activities and events.
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Support filing, recordkeeping, and data entry activities.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting logistics when needed.
  • Help ensure office operations run efficiently and address administrative issues as they arise.
  • Support managers and team members with various administrative projects and tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or business education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
