Handyside Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to work directly alongside our Director of Operations and help drive communication, culture, organization, and execution throughout our company.

This is not your typical administrative role... You'll help coordinate company events, quarterly huddles, community outreach efforts, leadership initiatives, marketing projects, communications, and much more. You'll play a key role in helping our leadership team stay organized, aligned, and focused on what matters most. This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position for the right person.

What You'll Do
  • Support leadership with scheduling, communication, and project coordination
  • Help manage priorities, deadlines, and important initiatives
  • Prepare meetings, agendas, and follow-up action items
  • Coordinate quarterly huddles, company events, culture initiatives, and community outreach efforts
  • Assist with social media, content creation, recruiting efforts, and company communications
  • Help bring ideas to life and keep projects moving from concept to completion

Requirements
  • 3+ years of administrative, executive assistant, office manager, or project coordination experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace platforms
  • Excellent calendar management and meeting coordination skills
  • Travel planning and expense reporting experience is preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
  • Dedication to professionalism and maintaining a positive team dynamic
