• Provide administrative support to the Administrator in managing the day-to-day operations of the center
• Assist in coordinating and implementing policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a high level of quality care
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, and overall performance
• Conduct administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, filing, and data entry
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including families, physicians, and community partners
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality care standards
