Kenny Ross Ford of Adamsburg, PA is currently looking for a full-time Parts Counterperson to assist customers and technicians with identifying, locating and ordering correct parts. This role is crucial in ensuring a smooth repair/service process and excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience in a parts department or customer service role
• Knowledge of vehicle parts and repair process
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in parts catalogue systems and computer software
• Ability to lift 25-0 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to learn and work with automotive software
• Strong customer focus
• Mechanical aptitude or automotive background
• Experience in an automotive parts position is a plus

Job Duties:

• Assist customers and techs in identifying required parts
• Check inventory, place orders, and manage incoming/outgoing stock
• Maintain accurate records of parts, transactions, and sales
• Provide product knowledge and technical support
• Work with vendors to source non-stock items
• Keep parts department clean, organized, and efficient
• Communicate effectively with the service team and management
• Ensure high-quality customer service at all times
• Other duties as directed
• Paid time off
