Full-Time: 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Type: In-person

Salary: $90,000-$150,000 / year

Key Responsibilities Client Advisory & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent, meaningful engagement
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Collaborate with external advisors (CPAs, estate planning attorneys, etc.) to deliver holistic solutions
  • Ensure timely and effective resolution of client inquiries and concerns
  • Execute a proactive client contact strategy within your book of business
Business Development & Growth
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building
  • Demonstrate the ability to grow, develop, and retain a book of business
  • Maintain an entrepreneurial mindset focused on long‑term growth and client success
Professional Excellence
  • Conduct thorough discovery to uncover client needs and deliver strategic solutions
  • Stay current on investment products, financial planning strategies, and market trends
  • Embrace feedback, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with team members to leverage collective expertise and deliver exceptional client outcomes
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in wealth management or financial advisory services
  • Proven ability to build, develop, and retain a book of business
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial or growth‑oriented environment
  • Required licenses:
    Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66), and Life/Health/Variable Insurance
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug test, state background check, and federal fingerprinting

Compensation
  • Salary Range: $90,000 – $150,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
  • Additional performance‑based compensation opportunities
