Position Summary

The Director of Sales & Distribution - East owns Eastroc’s sales and distribution strategy across the expanded East Region, covering both North and South development. This leader is responsible for opening and onboarding distributor partners, building distributor business plans, managing field execution through RSM / FSM structures as the organization scales, and ensuring Eastroc builds a route‑to‑market that is strong enough to compete in real energy drink retail environments.

Responsibilities
  • Own East Region sales and distribution strategy across North and South market development.
  • Identify, prioritize, and secure distributor partners that already service target store classes and retail chains.
  • Build distributor launch plans tied to retailer opportunities, forecasted purchase orders, and field coverage needs.
  • Manage or guide RSMs and FSMs as markets become serviceable and require execution support.
  • Upgrade route‑to‑market quality by reducing dependence on structurally limited distributor partners.
  • Coordinate with Director of Key Accounts, Specialty, Commercial Growth, and CSO on distributor‑to‑retailer alignment.
  • Maintain weekly East Region scorecards covering distributor progress, field execution, depletions, store count, and issues.
Qualifications / Experience
  • 8+ years of beverage, CPG, DSD, or distributor management experience.
  • Proven success securing, launching, and managing distributor partners across multiple states.
  • Strong East Coast market knowledge across convenience, grocery, independent, and regional chain channels.
  • Experience leading sales managers or field sales teams in a high‑execution environment.
  • Ability to operate with urgency while building scalable process, reporting, and accountability.

  • Builds a scalable East route‑to‑market across North and South without over‑hiring ahead of readiness.
  • Creates direct alignment between distributor selection, retailer targets, and field execution.
  • Improves quality of access, quality of execution, and quality of market learning.
  • Helps Eastroc move from opportunistic access to a durable U.S. distribution platform.
