Salary: $48,000–50,000/year
Performance Analyst The Performance Analyst will support and improve program operations, data capture, customer flow, and reporting capabilities. This role ensures contract benchmarks are met through accurate data management, report generation, and performance monitoring, and it ensures compliance with WIOA enrollment documentation and participant record accuracy.
Responsibilities- Analyze program operations, performance data, and workflow processes to identify gaps and implement solutions that support contract performance goals.
- Assist leadership with the preparation of reports, data analysis, monitoring responses, and performance summaries for funding agencies and stakeholders.
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve participation, retention, customer flow, and overall program effectiveness.
- Conduct ongoing quality assurance reviews within the CWDS to monitor services, case notes, IEPs/ISSs, activity records, expenditure documentation, and data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with ISO auditing procedures, documentation standards, and internal quality assurance processes.
- Track, monitor, and report compliance findings, corrective actions, audit results, and program performance outcomes.
- Maintain current knowledge of workforce development regulations, WIOA policies, CWDS requirements, and state and local guidance.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to staff regarding documentation standards, eligibility requirements, case file compliance, and data entry expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Experience in analyzing data.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Regional travel required.
- Ability to work fully onsite, fully virtual, or in a hybrid environment.
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license, and reliable vehicle required.
