• Salary: $85,000–$90,000 annually.

• Manage an assigned portfolio of VIP accounts, overseeing client services to ensure performance, timeliness, and alignment with client needs.
• Work with clients and their staff to make strategy decisions and pivots, including pushing back when requests will not deliver desired results.
• Collaborate with internal services teams to strategize for client needs.
• Identify service gaps and propose solutions, including upgrading to higher tiers.
• Coordinate and execute monthly reporting calls with the client.
• Over‑communicate with clients in an effective and clear manner regarding work performed and results achieved.

• 7+ years of experience at a digital marketing agency.
• Experience working with law firm clients is a must.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing services and strategies for the legal industry.
• Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Detail‑oriented with a keen eye for improvement in communications, results, and processes.
• Solid organizational skills for managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
• Proactive and resourceful in all aspects of the role.
• Ability to work well in a fast‑paced environment with frequent changes.
• Experience with personal injury law firm clients highly preferred.
