Regional Assistant Administrator – Home Care
Location: PA, OH, MI, or IN (Travel Required)
Salary: $75,000 – $125,000 (based on experience)
We are a rapidly growing, established non‑medical home care organization with over 20 years of success in the industry. With active operations across Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Missouri, Georgia, New Jersey, Indiana, and Michigan, we are continuing to expand aggressively.
As part of this growth, we are seeking a Regional Assistant Administrator to support our Regional Administrator in overseeing multi‑state operations and driving performance across our locations.
Position OverviewThis is a high‑impact, growth‑oriented role for a driven, entrepreneurial professional with experience in home care operations—specifically within Medicaid‑funded services.
The Regional Assistant Administrator will play a key role in:
- Supporting day‑to‑day regional operations
- Assisting with new branch development and expansion
- Ensuring compliance across multiple states
- Driving operational efficiency and growth
This position offers significant exposure to leadership and ownership, with direct reporting to senior leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Support
- Assist in overseeing operations across multiple home care locations
- Support branch performance, staffing, and service delivery
- Help implement best practices and standard operating procedures
- Assist with new office startups and market expansion initiatives
- Support licensing, credentialing, and onboarding processes
- Identify opportunities to improve and scale operations
- Ensure compliance with Medicaid home care regulations across multiple states
- Maintain knowledge of state‑specific licensing and operational requirements
- Assist with audits, surveys, and regulatory readiness
- Work closely with the Regional Administrator and ownership team
- Support local office leadership and provide operational guidance
- Serve as a key point of contact across multiple regions
- 3–5+ years of home care management experience required (agency‑level, not caregiver experience)
- Strong knowledge of Medicaid home care operations and regulations
- Experience working within PA, OH, MI, or IN strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Highly organized with strong problem‑solving and leadership skills
- Tech‑savvy with proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Zoom and other communication tools
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly across assigned states
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
