Junior Commercial Construction Estimator – Premier Construction Group, Inc. – Dillsburg, PA. We are a well-established commercial general contractor seeking a motivated Junior Construction Estimator to join our preconstruction team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level or early-career construction professional looking to grow within a respected commercial construction company.

• Assist with quantity takeoffs, document review, and proposal preparation for commercial construction projects.
• Support the estimating team in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment while learning the commercial estimating process.

• Basic understanding of building construction components and construction activities.
• Ability to assist with takeoffs, estimates, and bid preparation.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong desire to meet challenging schedules and deadlines.
• Competitive, motivated mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
• Proven people skills and professional demeanor.

• Prior field or hands‑on construction experience is a plus.

Base Salary Range: $47,000 – $55,000 (based on experience).
