Are you a friendly, outgoing individual with a passion for exceptional service?

Seneca Place, a vibrant Senior Living Community in Pittsburgh, is seeking a personable and enthusiastic Concierge to join our team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a warm welcome, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a positive and engaging community atmosphere.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet residents and guests warmly, fostering a sense of belonging and community.
  • Answer phones and emails promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries and directing residents to appropriate resources.
  • Provide information about the community, events, and local amenities.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring a clean and organized appearance.
  • Monitor security measures and report any concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Be a positive and supportive presence for residents, offering a listening ear and assistance as needed.

Who You Are:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide exceptional service to residents and guests.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) is a plus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.
