Patient Services Inbound Representative

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, patient-focused support via phone or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns related to services and monitors, including technical assistance and device activation.
• Accurately log all support interactions, documenting calls, chats, and emails to ensure clear follow-up and effective issue resolution.
• Collaborate within the Patient Services department to meet performance goals and maintain a high level of service in a team-oriented environment.
• Complete a 7‑week training/nesting program (Mon‑Fri, 9:00‑5:30 EST) under an Educator’s mentorship.
• Proceed to a 4‑week ramp‑up period working Sunday‑Thursday, 9:00‑5:30 EST, including a holiday rotation.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent vocational education.
• At least 1 year of customer service and/or product support experience; experience in a call center or with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, high technical acumen, excellent computer skills, and the ability to navigate multiple technical platforms efficiently.
• Physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements must be met with or without accommodation.
• Excellent communication, meticulous attention to detail, empathy, and a collaborative mindset in a fast‑paced environment.

The pay range for this position in Malvern, PA is $19.00‑$29.00 per hour. Additional compensation may include incentive bonus, sales commission, or long‑term incentives. Employees are eligible for our comprehensive benefits program.

Malvern, PA – office role. Presence in company facilities is required.
