Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via our live chat platform.
  • Provide accurate information regarding our services, scheduling, and general company policies.
  • Handle sensitive situations with empathy, patience, and the utmost discretion, reflecting our company's core values.
  • Troubleshoot client issues effectively and elevate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and client communication strategies.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on live chat or digital communication.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • A genuinely empathetic and patient demeanor, with a passion for helping others.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Experience in the healthcare or home care sector is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and a reliable, self-motivated work ethic.
