This is a strong opportunity for an early‑career designer who is organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow within a creative, print‑led, and size‑inclusive brand.

This is a full‑time, in‑house position, working out of our Philadelphia office M‑F.

Responsibilities
  • Create and update apparel CADs, technical flats, and construction sketches.
  • Develop colorways, print mini‑body, artwork mockups, and print placements.
  • Assist with embroidery layouts, placement diagrams, scale, and color callouts.
  • Participate in proto and sample reviews and prepare clear design comments.

  • Create and maintain tech packs in partnership with Product Development and Technical Design.
  • Keep seasonal files, physical working boards, line plans, and presentation decks accurate and current.
  • Collaborate with Print and CAD, Product Development, Technical Design, Production, and Merchandising to keep seasonal development organized and on schedule.
  • Experience with tech packs, embroidery, PLM systems, sample commenting, or overseas development is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of apparel or fashion‑design experience; strong internships or relevant freelance experience may be considered.
  • Degree in Fashion Design or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience creating apparel CADs, technical flats, and artwork mockups.
  • Strong eye for color, print, scale, proportion, and detail.
  • Foundational understanding of garment construction and the apparel‑development process.
  • Highly organized, proactive, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Interest in expressive, print‑led, and size‑inclusive design.
