Practice Overview:
Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem is a physician-led private practice with over 30 years of excellence in anesthesia care. Our team comprises 77 physicians and 120 CRNAs, providing services across 12 inpatient campuses and 3 ambulatory surgery centers within the rapidly expanding St. Lukes University Health Network.
Clinical Scope:
Level I Trauma Center es Bethlehem campus
Level II Trauma Center and Mother and Baby Pavilion es Anderson campus (3,500 deliveries/year)
Comprehensive critical care services across multiple ICUs, including cardiovascular, neuro, surgical, and medical critical care patients
Multidisciplinary ICU teams with residents, medical students, advanced practitioners, pharmacists, respiratory therapists, and critical care nurses
Diverse anesthesia case mix: orthopedics, cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgery, urology, OB/GYN, ENT, vascular, pediatrics, and general surgery
Coverage of non-OR anesthesia sites including GI, interventional radiology, and diagnostic imaging
Management of pre-op programs, acute pain service, surgical optimization clinic, and established ERAS protocols
Candidate Requirements:
Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist
Fellowship training in critical care medicine
Strong regional anesthesia skills
