- $501,833 base salary

Practice Model: Direct (non-supervisory) care for cardiac surgical procedures, approximately 1.5-2 days per week; remainder spent in general anesthesiology
Practice Overview:
Anesthesia Specialists of Bethlehem is a physician-led private practice with over 30 years of excellence in anesthesia care. Our team comprises 77 physicians and 120 CRNAs, providing services across 12 inpatient campuses and 3 ambulatory surgery centers within the rapidly expanding St. Lukes University Health Network.
Clinical Scope:
Level I Trauma Center es Bethlehem campus
Level II Trauma Center and Mother and Baby Pavilion es Anderson campus (3,500 deliveries/year)
Comprehensive cardiac services, including routine bypass and valve surgery, complex/emergent aortic surgery, LVAD implantation, and minimally-invasive structural heart techniques such as TAVR and Mitra Clip
Diverse case mix: orthopedics, thoracic, neurosurgery, interventional radiology, urology, gynecology, ENT, vascular, general surgery, and "bread and butter" pediatric cases
Dedicated teams for cardiac, pediatric, and critical care anesthesia
Active involvement in Perioperative Surgical Home model, acute pain service, surgical optimization clinic, and ERAS protocols
Candidate Requirements:
Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology
Board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist
Strong regional anesthesia skills
