Urology
Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to provide a combination of outpatient clinic coverage and 24-hour call. The provider will manage general urology patients, perform office and operating room procedures, supervise Advanced Practice Providers, and participate in ongoing call coverage.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $440/hr, 24-Hour Call: $3,250 per 24 hours,
Night Call: $885/shift, Call Back: $440/hr.

Clinic Coverage:
Monday-Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Call Coverage:
24-hour call assignments available throughout the contract
2 gratis hours included per 24-hour call

Provide general urology clinic care
Participate in 24-hour call coverage
Perform office and operating room urologic procedures
Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
Manage emergency urologic consults while on call
Practice Details
Adult patient population (pediatric emergency torsion cases only on rare occasions)
Typical clinic volume: 24-28 patients per day
Support Staff:
4 Medical Assistants
1 Clinical Service Associate
1 Registered Nurse
Robotic surgery available (not required)
16 operating rooms
Office equipment includes cystoscopy towers and injection capabilities
Procedures
Required:
Vasectomy
Cystoscopy
Prostate procedures
Ureteroscopy
Lithotripsy
Orchiopexy
Optional/Not Required:
Robotic surgery
Vasectomy reversal
Penile plication
Penile implants
EMR:
Epic
Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Pennsylvania license or IMLC Letter of Qualification
DEA required
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Additional Information
Temporary privileges available for providers with a clean file
Estimated credentialing timeframe: 90 days
Supervision of new Advanced Practice Providers is expected
