Full-Time Preschool Teacher (Ages 3–5)
We are seeking a warm, nurturing, and dedicated Preschool Teacher who truly loves working with young children and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in their lives. The Preschool Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment. You will guide children through hands‑on learning experiences that support their social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development while fostering curiosity and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise daily classroom activities for children ages 3–5
- Create a warm, "home-like" environment where children feel safe and valued
- Implement age‑appropriate lesson plans and engaging activities
- Encourage creativity, exploration, and positive social interactions
- Observe and assess each child’s developmental progress
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom
- Ensure the health, safety, and well‑being of all children at all times
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and leadership
- Attend staff meetings, trainings, and school events as required
- Serve as a positive role model for children
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children ages 3–5
- Demonstrated passion for early childhood education
- Warm, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly reliable, professional, and organized
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Must meet all state licensing requirements
- Checkable references required
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs as needed for child safety and care
- Ability to move actively throughout the day (sitting, standing, bending, etc.)
- Full‑time position
- Must be flexible to work opening or closing shifts
