• CCO operational opportunities are the positions that support the hands-on campus ministry of the organization.

• The XD (Experiential Design) Resource Specialist will serve the CCO, through designing and leading transformative opportunities for CCO staff and students, as well as other organizations that align with the CCO's mission.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum three years ministry and/or adventure education experience (preferred).

• Design & Facilitate Transformative Opportunities:
  • Design and facilitate transformative opportunities FOR/WITH others.
  • Opportunities for additional design/facilitation on extended transformative opportunities such as Leadership and Discipleship in the Wilderness, international trips, encounter experiences.

** CCO XD staff people are responsible for raising financial support toward covering their salary and other employment costs. This amount varies based on position and education and experience of staff.**
