** Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
**** How you'll make an impact
*** Promote a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental excellence
* Communicate safety initiatives, processes, and standards across teams
* Train, coach, and support employees on safety best practices
* Monitor compliance and manage nonconformance effectively
* Guide leaders and teams on accident prevention strategies
* Support risk assessments across work spaces, tools, and tasks
* Lead audits, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions
* Maintain and improve safety systems aligned with ISO standards
** Your background
*** Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in health, safety, and environmental roles
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations within manufacturing
* Proven experience developing and managing safety systems
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* ASP or CSP certification preferred
