We are seeking a motivated Entry‑Level Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives in a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical or medical device environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve process efficiency and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes
  • Support process validation activities, including IQ, OQ, and PQ
  • Investigate process deviations and support root cause analysis
  • Develop and update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Validation teams on process improvements
  • Collect and analyze process data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
  • Support equipment qualification and manufacturing scale‑up activities
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA regulations, and company quality standards
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing, or internships in regulated industries
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles
  • Knowledge of GMP/cGMP and quality systems is a plus
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma concepts
  • Knowledge of validation documentation and change control processes
  • Experience with AutoCAD or data analysis tools is a plus
