The Ceremonies Production Integration role is a key position within the FIFA World Cup 26™ Events & Entertainment Team (EET), consolidating the responsibilities of Production Manager, Senior Operations Manager, Senior Show Delivery Manager, Senior Scenic & Systems Manager, Operations Manager, Site Manager, and Production Support roles across 4th of July ceremonies programs. This role supports the full lifecycle of ceremonies – from concept development and technical/production planning, through rehearsals, live show delivery, site and back‑of‑house operations, and legacy handover.

It ensures that all ceremonies‑related production, staging, scenic, systems, site operations, and logistics are delivered on time, safely, efficiently, and in alignment with FIFA’s creative vision, operational standards, and safety policies. The position works in close collaboration with EET internal departments, Event Management Companies (EMCs), stadium management, Logistics, Venue Management, Broadcast, Marketing, IT, Security, Accreditation, Workforce & Volunteers, and other FIFA World Cup 26™

The role also plays a central part in managing documentation, project plans, production schedules, call sheets, reports, creative assets, and operational data to support a seamless ceremony delivery. This is a high‑intensity, live‑event operations role requiring strong project management, show delivery, technical understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances in a stadium environment.

• Support the development, management, and distribution of production, staging, scenic, systems, and ceremonies operational plans from concept to delivery.
