Role: Financial Controller
Location: Warrendale, PA
Salary: $125K–$130K

My client is seeking a Financial Controller to lead and oversee core accounting and financial operations. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation who can manage day‑to‑day functions while contributing to financial planning and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions
- Manage payroll processing (experience with ADP preferred)
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and lead month‑end close
- Ensure proper accounting treatment and compliance with GAAP
- Develop and support financial forecasts and reporting
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights to leadership
- Strong background in accounting fundamentals (must‑have)
- Experience in full‑cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Hands‑on experience with month‑end close and GL maintenance
- Familiarity with ADP payroll systems preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- CPA preferred (not required)
