Position Overview
As a Bilingual Branch Banker within PNC's retail branch banking organization, you will be based in South Bethlehem, Pa. Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred. The role focuses on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
Job DescriptionResponsibilities include:
- Acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
- Managing the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve customer financial wellbeing.
- Collaborating with ecosystem partners to grow customer’s share of wallet and positioning PNC solutions to drive new revenue and loyalty.
- Driving proactive sales conversations through outbound calling, service-to-sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
- Delivering a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions.
- Leveraging ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
- Creating customer loyalty and growing share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
- Performing lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position PNC products.
- Educating customers on options for managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
- Applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
- Managing risk through adherence to policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
- Demonstrating heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.
- Participating in branch daily operations, ensuring efficient and accurate completion.

Work Experience:
• 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties. Equivalent combination of education, job‑specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
• Associates or equivalent degree preferred. No degree required if comparable combination of education and experience and/or military service is provided.
Background checks required per Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
