Led by experienced lending professionals, the organization is focused on helping clients successfully complete rehab projects and either refinance for long-term cash flow or sell for profit.

Role Description

We’re seeking motivated, relationship-driven Client Partners to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at client engagement, communication, and project management. As a Client Partner, you’ll own the entire client journey from the first inquiry through loan closing and project completion ensuring that every investor receives a high-touch, professional experience.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client projects at once
  • Previous experience in lending, financial services, or real estate is a plus (but not required)
  • Team-oriented, with a focus on long-term success over short-term gains
  • Experience and knowledge with MS Office (xls, .doc, teams, PowerPoint)
  • Strong computer skills, CRM related software, an aptitude to learn new technology if needed
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the loan lifecycle
  • Manage all aspects of the client relationship, including; closing loans and guiding clients through the process, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursements and project execution, assisting with collections, when necessary
  • Consistently engage with clients to maintain strong, trust-based relationships
  • Meet activity-based performance expectations and KPIs
  • Drive client satisfaction by securing 5-star reviews and fostering repeat business
  • Compensation: $65,000 + performance incentives
  • Incentives;
    Monthly team bonuses tied to volume and revenue goals and annual discretionary bonus based on company performance
  • Commission on self-sourced leads (verified)
