Atlantic Group is hiring an Investment Banking M&A Associate in Delaware County, PA for our client, supporting M&A transaction execution, financial modeling, and client advisory within a middle‑market investment banking environment. This role focuses on sell-side and buy-side advisory, valuation analysis, and preparation of marketing materials while working closely with senior bankers on live deals. The position offers strong deal exposure, hands‑on responsibility, and the opportunity to grow within a collaborative and high‑performing team.

• Transaction Execution: Support M&A, recapitalizations, and other advisory engagements from start to close.
• Financial Modeling: Build complex models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct industry, company, and market research to support strategy and deal flow.
• Presentation Materials: Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations for clients and investors.
• Due Diligence: Analyze financials, review key documents, and assist with client and third‑party coordination.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in investment banking.
