- Administrative Studies: Conduct reviews of procedures and prepare summaries that support program development
- Agency Coordination: Maintain communication with partnering government offices to support shared goals
- Meeting Support: Manage schedules, notify participants, and record minutes for agency meetings
- Office Reception: Provide front desk coverage by handling calls, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries
- Record Management: Maintain organized files, track documents, and support electronic record keeping
- Personnel Assistance: Process staff paperwork, help with interviews, and support payroll and leave tracking
- Full‑time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30‑minute lunch
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non‑negotiable

- Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four‑year college or university
- Or any equivalent combination of experience and training
- Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within three months of graduating with a qualifying degree or credits

- You must be able to perform essential job functions
- You must pass a background investigation
- A conditional offer of employment will require a medical examination and a drug screening
- This position falls under the provisions of the Older Adult Protective Services Act
- Under the Act, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to PA State Police and FBI clearance
- This position falls under the provisions of the Child Protective Services Law
- Under the Law, a conditional offer of employment will require submission and approval of satisfactory criminal history reports including PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance
