We are currently seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional PA‑licensed Cosmetologists who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, purpose‑driven environment. If you love building meaningful client relationships, delivering high‑quality services, and working in a calm, respectful setting, this role is for you.

• Ability to provide services to residents with varying mobility levels, including those who use wheelchairs or other mobility aids.
• Comfortable assisting clients who may require additional time, accommodations or personalized care during salon services.
• Be patient, kind, and attentive.
• Have experience working with clients who may have mobility challenges or disabilities.
• Be comfortable adapting services to meet individual resident needs.

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience
• Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations
• Provide a variety of cosmetology services while maintaining high standards of quality and care
• Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations
• Uphold a polished appearance and represent the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
• Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
• Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
• Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft

• Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
• Flexible availability (weeknights not required), typical work day is 9am to 3pm
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism – especially when working with senior clients
• Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
