OP Patient Access Representative

Position: OP Patient Access Representative (Full Time, Days)
St. Luke's - 3311 Farmersville Road - Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients and visitors across outpatient and Emergency Department locations;
Process patient registration including demographics, insurance verification, and real-time eligibility;
Transcribe orders and input diagnoses and provider information;
Coordinate with SLPG practices and revenue cycle departments to ensure accurate billing and patient experience;
Promote MyChart and patient self-service to improve engagement
