Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bucks, Delaware & Montgomery Counties

The Institute for Behavior Change is a non-profit foundation that recruits, trains, deploys and monitors staff who deliver Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) to children diagnosed with mental health disorders.

We were founded in 1997 and continue to supply highly trained staff to leading IBHS agencies throughout Delaware, Montgomery, and Bucks Counties. We have immediate work for several new BCBAs and can assign cases to you that will provide optimally challenging and rewarding professional experiences while minimizing your travel time.

  • Paid time off and paid bonuses for referring new employees
