The Residential Program Worker (RPW) provides direct care within the Community Residential Program. This program provides residential services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Potter County. The RPW provides daily individualized care to each consumer while encouraging independence, respecting personal preferences, and ensuring their health and welfare.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS Experience1. Age 18 or older by the completion of new hire training and orientation.
2. Ability and willingness to learn new skills involving working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
