Direct service employees provide services to adults with developmental disabilities who live in community settings which include families, group homes, and Life sharing. Based upon the principles of normalization and everyday lives, individuals are presented with opportunities to gain and enhance life experiences. Services consist of supervision, training, and support in general areas of self-care, communication, community participation, and socialization.
Education / Experience- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
