Patient Access Representative; Part Time

Position: Patient Access Representative (Part Time, Days)
St. Luke's - 801 Ostrum Street - Responsibilities:
Register patients and collect demographics, insurance, and related information;
Verify real-time insurance eligibility and collect point-of-service payments;
Coordinate with SLPG practices, clinical/diagnostic departments, and revenue cycle teams to ensure excellent patient experience;
Promote MyChart patient portal and patient self-service capabilities;
Cross-train across locations to cover outpatient and Emergency Department areas
