Resident Assistant​/Med Tech: Part-Time

Valley View is seeking compassionate and dependable Resident Assistants and Medication Technicians to support the comfort, dignity, and well‑being of our residents. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide personal care, assist with meals and activities, and help create a safe, welcoming environment where older adults can thrive.

• Resident Assistant
  • 7:00AM to 3:00PM 2 shifts biweekly Every other weekend and holiday
  • 11:00PM to 7:00AM 4 shifts biweekly Every other weekend and holiday
• Med Tech
  • 6:00PM to 10:00PM 4 shifts biweekly Every other weekend and holiday
  • 6:00PM to 10:00PM 10 shifts biweekly Every other weekend and holiday
  • 6:00PM to 10:00PM 5‑6 shifts biweekly Every other weekend and holiday

Provide personal care and support based on individualized resident service plans

Respond promptly to emergency call systems and resident needs

Assist with meals, dining room setup, and cleanup

Help maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment

Support social and recreational activities while encouraging resident participation

Observe and report changes in resident condition, preferences, or health status

Assist with housekeeping, laundry, snacks, and beverages as needed

A compassionate, respectful approach to resident care

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality standards

Dependability and willingness to learn

Previous caregiving or senior living experience preferred
