Retail Pharmacy Technician

St. Luke's - 801 Ostrum Street - Responsibilities:
Deliver medications to patient care areas and automated dispensing cabinets; update IV orders and prepare unit-dose medications under pharmacist supervision;
Prepare parenteral and admixture orders, including anti-neoplastic and Home IV Therapy orders, using aseptic technique;
Maintain records for controlled substances and complete shift-based log books;
Assist in infection-control and inventory tasks including ensuring adequate par levels and medication safety;
Respond to medication information questions and coordinate with pharmacists when needed
