Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct full respiratory assessments for patients
  • Create and apply respiratory care treatment plans
  • Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications
  • Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators
  • Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and document results
  • Assist in emergency airway management and patient transport
  • Support doctors during procedures like bronchoscopy
  • Educate patients and families on respiratory care
  • Maintain accurate medical records and shift documentation
  • Work as shift coordinator when required after experience period
Job Requirements
  • Graduate from an approved respiratory therapy training program
  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from NBRC
  • Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
  • Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays
  • Experience in NICU is preferred but not required
  • Good communication skills for teamwork and patient education
  • Ability to handle emergency and high‑pressure situations
  • Travel readiness for contract‑based assignments
  • Basic knowledge of hospital respiratory equipment and protocols
