Job Responsibilities- Conduct full respiratory assessments for patients
- Create and apply respiratory care treatment plans
- Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol medications
- Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators
- Perform arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling and document results
- Assist in emergency airway management and patient transport
- Support doctors during procedures like bronchoscopy
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care
- Maintain accurate medical records and shift documentation
- Work as shift coordinator when required after experience period
- Graduate from an approved respiratory therapy training program
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification from NBRC
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
- Willingness to work every other weekend and holidays
- Experience in NICU is preferred but not required
- Good communication skills for teamwork and patient education
- Ability to handle emergency and high‑pressure situations
- Travel readiness for contract‑based assignments
- Basic knowledge of hospital respiratory equipment and protocols
