Eden Autism Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support adults in our group homes and day programs in Pennsylvania. We offer paid training, flexible schedules, and a strong team environment.
Responsibilities include promoting safety, teaching daily living skills, accompanying participants to activities, and documenting progress. Experience with autism or disabilities is welcome but not required; training covers ABA methods, PCM, CPR, and more.
