Med Staffers is seeking caring, dependable, and compassionate Direct Care Workers to support clients in their homes with personal care and daily living activities. If you have a heart for helping others and want a flexible schedule that works with your life, we want to meet you!
LOCATION:
SCRANTON AREA PAY: $15.00 per hour COMPLETE THE ENTIRE HIRING PROCESS IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR HOME

Your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
- Helping with mobility: ambulation, transfers, and guided exercises
- Providing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dishes, laundry, dusting
- Running errands: grocery shopping or transportation to appointments
- Preparing and serving meals and snacks
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- 1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to complete a criminal background check
- Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test
- Passionate about helping others

New Hires may be eligible for a $300 training stipend brought to you by the PA Homecare Association of which, Med Staffers is a proud member. (New employees must complete the allotted training hours and 40hours of scheduled shifts in order to be eligible)
